Introduction In recent years, an increasing awareness has emerged of the potential for occupational and environmental exposure to safety and health issues that could lead to adverse effects in both males and females workers (Bohle and Quinlan, 2000). One of the areas of employment that received increased attention over recent years is occupational health and safety (OHS), which deals with the physiological and psychological conditions of an organisation’s workforce that results from the work environment (Ritchie and Herscovitch, 1995). OHS involves in promotion and maintenance of well-being of workers and it seeks to prevent accidents and diseases by ensuring that workplaces are free from hazardous conditions (Bohle and Quinlan, 2000).

This characteristic in the organization culture is what identify the business. The organization’s thinking, ethics, mission, vision, goals and objectives, communication, ability to grip changes, culture and knowledge positions as its form structure which the organization draw its purpose. Its function is to assemble healthier associations by accomplishing individual, organizational, and social objectives. Organizational behavior includes a broad collection of focus, such as human behavior, change, leadership, teams.
Dr. Edward Deming is said to be the father of modern quality and a leader in business management. He claimed that an organization must change its organizational behaviors if it had any chance of reaching its highest level of performance. Deming’s work in Japan--rebuilding industries after World War II and instructing top executives and engineers in quality management--was a driving force behind the nation's economic rise and their reputation for high quality products.

Employment situations are a constant issue everyday in any organization; it is how you handle them both legally and professionally that counts.
Many organizations, including colleges and major corporations, have begun the process of implementing work team systems. Teams present a greater diversity of knowledge, ideas, and experience than any one individual can offer. This diversity often helps to improve quality, create collaboration, enhance information exchange, and provide a sense of community and support to the team members (University of Phoenix, 2004); however, it can also foster conflict. Conflict is a part of everyday life and is generally caused by individual opinions and differences. “When individuals work in teams, differences in power, values, attitudes, and social factors can all contribute to conflict” (Kerr, 2005, para. 2). Avoiding conflict completely is impossible; however, the resulting outcome does not have to be negative. Using effective strategies to manage conflict can present positive consequences as well.
