Dear President Obama: I am writing to ask you to inform you of some issues in our education system. This is vital for the future of our children; I think we need to address these issues now. First of all I think you really need to sit down and take a look at our education system. There are a lot of problems to many for me to even talk about today, but you need to re-evaluate the way our whole educational system is implemented. The first thing I would like to bring to your attention is being that we need to make sure every school is taught the same way. The second thing that needs to be discussed is that the how much funding a school gets is based on test scores and how well the school scores. Schools are focused on getting better test scores than actually teaching.
Top Five Innovations Since 1945 Imagine your life with no cell phone , computer or Internet, wouldn't you go crazy?Where would the world be without the cell phone the satellite, the M.R.I., the personal computer, or the Internet? Without these innovative objects the world would be at a standstill. There would be no cellular communication, people would not know if they had brain tumors or cancer, or other various diseases. Without the M.R.I, without personal computers people would not be able to accomplish tasks required in their day to day jobs, and without the Internet, well we wouldn't be able to do extensive research for this project. The cell phone provides people with the necessary communication needed for their lives.
Today there are over 2 million Americans incarcerated in our jails and prisons. More than one half of them are black men and women. For many years racial discrimination has been a problem that is deeply-rooted in our criminal justice system. Racial discrimination is the result of unethical practices that were never properly addressed and fixed. These practices include racial profiling, disparity practices, unethical police behavior, and prosecutorial misconduct (St. Hilaire 1). This has caused overcrowding in our correctional facilities and has lead to increased racial tension within.

“The mind itself can make a heaven out of hell, a hell of heaven” (Milton, line? Vs?) In the poem, “Paradise Lost” Satan was thrown out of heaven for rebelling against God and all that is good. He was the archangel and is the most beautiful and perfect angel, but he was not so perfect because he had flaws. Some of the flaws he had were pride that led to ambition and jealousy that led deception. The flaw that led him to destruction was pride, because since he was the most beautiful angel, he believed he was the greatest in heaven. He questioned why should he serve God, and evidently led a rebellion against God in a chance to overthrow Him. This was a very pathetic thing to do, because God created him and gave him all his beauty. Lucifer fought God in a holy war, lost, and was cast out of heaven and into hell. Since then Lucifer has sworn to do the opposite of God. “And out of good still to find means of evil” (line 165) this sentence shows how much hatred Lucifer had, towards God after being thrown out of heaven. His first offense towards God was to overthrow Him. Since that plan failed, his next plan is to disrupt whatever good God does. This is Satan’s plan opposed to God’s plan to turn everything that Satan does badly into good.
